This is one of the nicest staff for any fast food chain I've ever seen in my life. They're very cool under fire when it comes to the lunch rush and dinner rush. Since it's Chick-fil-A there's always a line but you get your food very quickly. It's always great quality and delicious.
Friendly staff. Prompt service. The Northeast Mall location is very over-crowded and the tent roof makes it quite warm most of the year. Neither of those is the restaurant's fault though. Kid-friendliness: They definitely serve kids meals, and this location does well hosting TONS of kids that are in town from Band competitions at a nearby football field. Parking: The area of the mall with the food court is often a bit full. Expect to park further out most days if you want by that entrance.
This wasn't our best service experience. The staff seemed really stressed out. It wasn't terribly busy. The food was on the verge of cold. Maybe it was just a bad day.Food: 3/5
The Food is fresh and hot ,staff our friendly. They just remodeled outside drive through area.Very nice. I do wish they had a Mobil App. lane though. It is frustrating to have to weight behind someone who didn't use the App and is doing a drive up and order and pay their.
I love Chick-fil-A. What can I say that hasn't been said already! The avocado salad is amazing! And I regularly crave the checked nuggets! The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing! You just can't go wrong!
I have been eating Chick-fil-a my whole life and the food and staff are consistent, regardless the state, city, or area. Our fries were stale tasting and the chicken sandwich was small, overcooked, and what you’d expect from Popeyes. The chicken salad had so little chicken that it was barely detectable. The staff weren’t peppy like the other locations. I know the owners must work at their locations, so I recommend they spend a little more time hiring folks who can cook food correctly and maintain the superb customer service Chick-fil-a is known for. We will not return to this location.
It was a great time up there in winstar two free nights and lots of new stuff there to play on new eating places real nice had fun
Always good and inexpensive food with fast and courteous service
Faster than most locations and friendly staff members. The food was good except we received burnt fries at the bottom of the fries container.
What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A.....their drive through is on point. All fast food establishments should model theirs after this one.
