Am I the only person to constantly have issues with this restaurant? I am a loyal Chick fil a customer! I was a signature member before it was added to the status. I have over 85,000 lifetime points in their loyalty system. I eat a lot of their products. Yet the closest location to my house provides me horrible service on a regular basis, so much that when the location in Northwood Mall was open I would go to the mall and deal with that parking lot traffic rather than deal with the dissatisfaction of the stand alone store drive thru. At one point O was told by a so called manager that if they couldn’t meet my expectation that should find somewhere else to eat, great customer service, right? I can’t be the only person unhappy about the service, temp and freshness of the food, accuracy of my food. Tonight I ordered a spicy deluxe w/ no tomatoes, American cheese, extra pickles, they put a sticker on the box saying what is and isn’t on the sandwich. I got a regular filet, not spicy with tomato seeds and juice on it, 2 pickles Colby Jack cheese. Then my wife ordered a chick fil a deluxe w/ Colby jack cheese and extra pickles, she got a spicy surprise on her first bite and the tomato’s where two end pieces with the stem piece, great quality, right! I know if I to bring this up with the manager on duty, I’d just be disregarded, given move sub par food and irritated. How can we get this location to do better? Like I said I love to eat chick fil a, but don’t want to drive 20-30 minutes away when I have a location right by my house. Oh I almost forgot check out this cup they gave me, that’s for giving me this trash that spilled sweet tea all over my center console while I drove home unknowingly pouring sticky tea everywhere. Plus the fries were cold and hard as a rock just like they should be.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK-FILA! I arrived around 9pm which is my fault for going an hour before they closed and a guy took my order at the drive thru, I paid and went on through. I was about 4 cars behind when I received my food. I had two meals yet I only received ONE drink. I informed the girl that I am missing a drink; all she said was “oh ok” and walked away. Two cars leave and I’m STILL waiting for my drink. The young lady walks past and I rolled down my window and asked her is she planning on bringing the drink. She proceeded to say they are waiting on my other meal when I told her I was ONLY missing a drink. She then says they are getting more lemonade. So instead of informing me I had to ask her for this information and wait 10 minutes for a drink. I get to the window and see that there is lemonade there and that she lied so now I have an attitude. The young lady said “you just need a drink right?” I said yes. She finally tells the person behind the window to make a drink after my food is cold; the fries were old and nasty as well, and after 10 minutes I finally got my drink. Insane. Also, as I was waiting 4 cars behind for my drink another worker walks past with a lemonade in his hands and smirked at me which lets me know she intentionally made me wait 10 minutes for my drink. But judging by these comments management does not care. Save your money and do NOT come to this Chick-fil-A.
Please don't waste your time. Just go to a different Chick-fil-A. The service is horrible. After you order your food and go through the drive-thru, you end up having to pull up and wait another 10 minutes to get your food. And you still don't get everything you ordered. Then, when you let them know something is wrong with your order, some of the employees are rude about it. This has happened on three different occasions at the same location, and I go to this location quite often. I never had a problem until the last three visits. To be honest, I would not go back.
I went here after work. I wanted to get the new maple bacon chicken sandwich. I order my food and paid. When i received my food the fries were hard so i ask for another, i got it and it was better. I pulled out the drive thru and pulled on the side to check my sandwich, the chicken was not hot, it was warm temp. I went inside to ask for a HOT sandwich. The manger that came over was african American, she asked can i help you? I told her what was wrong. I didn’t get any “i apologize that happened” etc. she took the sandwich rung it up on the front register, waited for the new sandwich, she gave it to me and walked away. I got in my car and left when i got to the light i took a bite of my sandwich and guess what the sandwich was still cold. I called up there and the same lady that helped me up front was the one that answered the phone. I told her the sandwich was not hot still cold, all she said was ok I’ll give you a refund, you can give me your card number. I did that, i said ok thank you and she said ok and that was it. I don’t know what kind of customer service yall are aiming for but that’s not it. No empathy or sympathy for a customer when you all made a mistake is nasty work.
I came home extremely tired after a day of work and decided to order a Meal 7 on Doordash. The sandwich arrived with something strange inside. There were 30 dollars thrown in the trash. I was a loyal customer and trusted their quality 100%. This left me extremely disappointed.Food: 1/5
Although busy, our food was hot, made correctly and delivered in a fast and friendly manner. I will definitely return. Chicken sandwiches, hot and crispy. My only complaint was that the fries were soggy.Food: 4/5
The personal was very polite and curious. They make sure they had your order right before they send order. Quick and smooth. Food was hot and tasty as always. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu.
I go here every Thursday, and regardless how the employee turnover goes,I still get the same exact service, week in and out. I've been eating here at least once a week for about 5 years now, and I'm honestly never tired of it, and look forward to it. Their salads are amazing, their chicken sandwiches are always fantastic and the apps really easy to use. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns
Took my granddaughter out for lunch and let her play on the slide there. It was a great time , some great people , and I would definitely go back again.Food: 5/5
Went in on my break cashier was excellent but had to wait for my milkshake finally when it comes up I have a spoon full of whip cream and no cherry so when asked I was told their were no cherries left and the guy just walked off so had to go to a different worker and ask for more whip cream which I got but he decided to spray whip cream all over the top and now I got my cherry which magically appeared and was told that they were restocking them when mine was made. I really do not appreciate the way my food was handled or the service which with it took for them to do something so simple and the way my shake looks makes me want my money back it even has some yellow stuff around the rim
