I always come to this Olive Garden every single time. I usually always come with my boyfriend, and it’s always such a pleasurable experience every single time. We always get very professional yet friendly servers, the food is always super hot and always fresh, and the price isn’t super crazy. I always usually get Chicken Parmesan with their chicken and gnocchi soup along with breadsticks, and I can’t recall an instance where it wasn’t good. Always a 10/10 experience, I love this Olive Garden.  Parking: There is a huge parking lot that stretches from the side of the building all the way into the rear. Parking is never an issue  Kid-friendliness: They have different food options/pricing for kids

We went on a Friday night about 7 with no wait. Ordered virgin straw daiquiris and salad with our chicken scampi. While sipping the drinks and making our salad the entrees came. Chicken under cooked with dry angel hair and crunchy peppers. Needless to say we sent em back to be remade. The waitress couldn't have been more attentive and nice. The entrees this time came out perfect! The bill came with one entree taken off, which was a huge surprise and earned our server a nice tip. Over all I was pleased with everything and will definitely return to this location...

Our server was Savannah, we had the best time it felt as if we were an olive garden family. We came late and she spread out the times we got our food so we had time to enjoy everything, you wouldn’t get this service anywhere else. She never rushed us to finish and even talked with us at the end. Amazing service at this restaurant, definitely will be back soon.

I went there yesterday with my husband and his friend. Logan, our server, was so incredibly attentive, professional, polite and dedicated that he made sure that our experience there would be the best possible. I am Italian, first time visiting Olive Garden in North Olmsted, and I was impressed, because Logan went above and beyond to make our meeting at Olive Garden, a memorable and great experience. We hope he gets all the best tips, and recognition he deserves!

Great lunch specials. Server Bouchra was outstanding. The food is surprisingly very good. Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair access is very good also.Food: 5/5

My girlfriend and I have made a tradition to come here at least once a month. I particularly enjoy the never ending soups. The salad always taste as  fresh as spring air. All in all,  always a pleasant experience with staff focused on service.  They would put cheese in my water if I ask them to.Food: 5/5

My husband and I just left a bit ago. Our food was GREAT and our server was so polite and thoughtful. The problem we had was being seated in the same section as a very rude couple. We watched as our same server was treated so poorly and called names by the man.  We tipped for ourselves and also for the other table as I am sure our waiter received nothing from them. It probably did no good but I did tell them that they were seen and heard being awful people. I hope our servers might improved after they left.

Excellent fast service, attentive staff, and yummy food, as always : I love this place. We got desserts to-go, but it was my friend's birthday, so our waiter brought out a breadstick with a birthday candle in it. It was funny and sweet. Thank you :Food: 5/5

This was amongst the best dining experiences we've had in a year's time. Our server Ray,was friendly,knowledgeable of the menu,patient with our party,and very efficient. My husband and i split the tour of Italy and was able to sub an item. Our glasses never stayed empty,and the food was delicious. The entire staff greeted us from the moment we walked in,and as we would pass them,until we left. I made a point to speak with the manager to tell her what a wonderful experience we had just enjoyed and she made sure to take the time to listen and engage me. This was much better than other locations we have tried,so I think we will just stick with this location.
