I used to go this, not anymore. Despite not living close, I drove down here. I ordered my food on the app, but when I got home, I noticed some food was missing. I ordered a fillet with cheese and Lettuce no bun. They didn't even give me a fillet. Mistakes happen sure so I drove back. When I came in it was extremely difficult to get someone's attention. Chris finally came over didn't really say much was very cold and just walked into the kitchen without even looking at us kind if muttering something. He came back with a replacement his apology was more of a whatever just leave. We opened it up and it was wrong again... I just gave up. Not sure if it's just the staff or bad management.
They opened on July 26th. We tried the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich with pepper jack cheese $4.85 and four pieces Chicken strips $5.65. It was really good. They use real piece of chicken not a processed meat. I hope they continue to keep this quality. We really like it.
I love their iced coffees here and the spicy deluxe was delicious. The sauces compliment the meal. Brianna at the window was very kind and informative with everything.Food: 5/5
No line waiting for chic minis for 10 mins in the drive thru everyone just standing around . literally 8am no one inside or in drive thru line , made me 20mins late for work& food was extra oil extremely sad about itFood: 1/5
Great service but when I needed help they just kinda of looked at me and didn’t open the door while customers were still inside ordering after. For context my dog threw up and they opened the door quickly to some other people but that’s alright forget itFood: 3/5
First time stopping at a Chick-fil-A and it was worth it. A Friendly staff member held the door open as I walked in. The food was good and the dining area was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. did not look like typical fast food.Food: 5/5
I've been to this location a handful of times, the past two in particular have been disastrous. On this visit, I ordered ahead via the app and selected curbside delivery. Along with two kids meals, I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich with pickles, bacon and ranch. I paid extra for the bacon. Pictured below is what I actually got. Granted, I could have avoided some of the stress by checking what was in the bags before I left, but I shouldn't have to. One of the kids meals was supposed to come with a kids size fruit punch, but instead came with a medium. Way too much for a small child, so most had to be dumped when we got home. Wasteful. When the employee brought the order to the car, she mentioned that it was the wrong sized drink, so she could have fixed that issue before bringing it out. Also, I got a notification saying that my order was ready, yet I still had to wait a few minutes before it finally came out. What's really annoying, is that they have a surplus of employees working, yet choose to have them doing useless jobs rather than making sure that customer service and quality are up to par. For instance, at the pick up window in the drive thru, there's one employee inside and another 1 foot away just outside the window. The process is, food sits on the counter inside, the inside employee places it on the counter outside, and the outside employee hands it to the customer in the car another 1 foot away. Why this is done is beyond me, as it doesn't make anything more efficient. The reason they get 2 stars rather than 1 is because they're issuing me a refund for today's debacle. It would have been 3 if the refund would have been immediate and if the employee hadn't first told me that "We actually don't offer refunds over the phone". Funny, as that's exactly what ended up happening. Update 8/5/2019 This place is a joke. I don't understand why it's always so busy.... Low standards? I decided to give them another chance today. Placed an order via the app and chose to pick it up curbside. When I parked in the designated spot, I checked in so that they could begin making the order. I got a message saying that they couldn't fulfill the order at that time and that I needed to come inside the restaurant to process it. If I was able to come inside, I wouldn't have chosen curbside pickup! They now get one star from me, too bad they can't go into the negative, because that's what they deserve.
Frozen Lemonade is actually ice cream. Delicious! Good food if you don't mind their politics. Kinda a guilty pleasure, as I do object to their prejudices.Food: 4/5
I live in the area & decided to use them through the “Chick fil a” app to keep it in house & it was a great decision i made this morning! Food is fresh/hot, delivery was fast, & the driver greeted me with a smile plus a fresh cookie for ordering through the app. I would definitely recommend this location!
This is the first location that messed up our order. Granted they made good and gave us a cookie as an apology, but the sandwich was not as tasty and it upset my stomach. Definitely not the best experience from one of my favorite fast food chain.Food: 4/5
