Foods OK for Chinese food. Not bad, not amazing. They used to let you try a few things before you picked them as an entree. For as much as they want for such small sides I want to make sure I like it before I'm stuck with. I don't think that's too much to ask and is not uncommon of a thing. For that reason I give the service a lower rating and I'm less inclined to come back. Food isn't cheap and with the increase in prices I expect as good if not better service than it used to be. Though the lady did tell me no with a smile and was polite about it so I will give them that. Too add insult to injury we purchased a family meal and wanted to purchase a promotional 1.50 extra box side. The deal was, if you buy a plate or bowl you can add a small side for 1.50. But apparently that doesn't apply if you buy a family meal? Overall it was just a frustrating and obnoxious experience for me and ultimately will serve to dissuade me from visiting Panda Express, and this one specifically, in the future.
Definitely one of the better Panda Express restaurants in the valley. I will do a pros and cons for this review to give a faster and more detailed explanation. Pros - Food is always on point especially the orange chicken - Workers are kind and patient - Pickup order system is pretty fast - Will make food fresh if requested Cons - Food runs out quick. If it’s later at night, they won’t make anything additional unless asked. - It can get busy which means extremely long wait times. Overall, easily one of the better PAnda express restaurants. Just make sure to come before 8 or expect the food to be gone.

Ordered online. When I got my food they forgot my drink when I called in they refused to refund me or bring me a new one. Then when I opened my food it had fried rice and not fried rice and chow main the app said two choices idk but yha I only like chow main and got fried rice as second choice.Food: 1/5

EMPLOYEE NAMED WOONG IS THE BEST!!! HE ALWAYS SMILE TO THE CUSTOMER AND GREET NICELY. THE REST INCLUDING THE MANAGER WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND NOT EVEN SMILING TO THE CUSTOMER . Nov. 22,2023 . Keep up the good customer service WOONG
Been to this location so many times and every time they do the same thing. Never ever get a full plate of food. It’s always half a spoon full and their hands shake nervously if they give a little more.
Sunday April 9th, 2023 There was a reasonable waiting time and when we ordered the orange chicken, we were told it would take 10 minutes. I just texted a friend while we waited. Afterwards they called my name and I went up and got the food and grabbed four napkins. Parking: Enough spaces today because of Easter Sunday 2023.
In my recollection, the quality of the food appears to have diminished.Food: 2/5
