Great chicken. In the TN restaurants, the staff come around to each table to see if you need anything. If so, they quickly get it so your good doesn't get cold. I hope that becomes the norm in the Northeast Chic-fil-A restaurants. Recommend.

Fast, friendly service. The spicy chicken sandwich is the best. So light and fresh, and the spiciness is perfect. The waffle fries are great and you have to dip them in the chick fil a sauce. Their wrap is also very good as well. Milkshakes here are great (I recommend the peppermint one when it's in season).

The staff is always friendly and eager to serve. The food never disappoints. The atmosphere is welcoming. The seating area is always clean.

Did not receive one of three sandwiches of my order. Told the girl who waited on me and received any sandwich in less than a minute later. I would eat there again. Clean facility. As always great employees. Great service inspire of the missing sandwich. Problem was taken care of with no hassles.

A very pleasant experience from the moment the Captain walked in the entrance doors.  First thing to take notice of is the clean and friendly atmosphere.  2nd thing would be the lovely smell of fried chicken.  Ordering was easy, the staff are very friendly and I was absolutely pleasantly impressed when I saw the staff cleaning the tables and seating with cleaning wipes.  Something truly great happening at the Chick fil A for sure.  Would be great to have one of these places in the NY area.  I will certainly tell many people about my Top-Notch experience.  Plenty of parking as well.  If they had warm chocolate chip cookies - I would of given a 6 star review.  Keep up the great work Chick fil A team of MA.  Cows are so yesterday! Chicken is what its all about in 2017
