Lately, I've been ordering at Falls and overall I'm pleased with their food. They make the best wraps I've ever had and pack it with meat. However, one girl at the counter is rude as hell. Doesn't greet, talks in a demeaning manner, and doesn't say you're welcome when thanked. Whoever this was on 10/4/17 at 3PM (didn't get the name) if you were my employee, you'd be spoken to.

Prices are too high for small size. $4 garlic bread with cheese is only a half size, party pizza looked small and was cold because I had to argue with the delivery guy saying I already paid online with grubhub and he was saying I didn't pay; My bank account says I did. Delivery guy had his wife in the car with him barely talked English and made me wait outside for 10 minutes while he was on the phone with a guy at the store I guess. Long story short waste of time and money and I had to cancel my card because he took it and went over to his car with his wife without giving it back so I don't feel comfortable that he had my card and didn't give it back.

I honestley have to say I am very disappointed!! I ate here for years in my teenage years and always loved Falls Pizza... Not anymore. I moved back to the area recently and was excited to go back. Well first Ordering was a nightmare. I tried ordering what I always got and asked for cheese on my fries well she said no can't do that ok fine things change. So I ask can I order just the sandwich and a separate order of cheese fries NO can't do that. So I hang up re figure our hole order now I'm paying 40$ to feed 2 people (sandwich, pita, fries and fried scallops). Ok but I love Falls so thought it was worth it.. WRONG. Food was all awful not at all worth the price.. So sad. They do not change their oil obviously the scallops were ruined because of that. Then the veal parm I don't know if it was even Veal sure didn't taste it. My sandwich was ok but that's just turkey and bacon I can make that at home for 2$ lol. So disappointed specially after ranting and raving to my fiance about them he thought I was nuts.. on the hunt for another good pizza shop.. Dougans I'll prob go back too always loved them..

Ordered a Philly cheese steak came with just over cooked meat nothing else. Ordered a chicken alfredo pasta tasted bland and like the sauce was from a canned jar. Then they had the nerve to argue with me about them putting cheese on the grinder. Real Classy Joint👌 Call someplace else worth your money!
