I called to make two appointments to make sure they were avaiable that day for a groupon I was going to purchase. I asked for two appointments at the same time for that day and she told me that for two appointments We needed to go at 1:30. She also asked if I bought the groupon and I told her no. She told me not to worry about it that they will match the price. 

We get there and they attend my sister first. I waited 5 minutes until I figured out there was only one lady doing nails and I was after my sister. The hair stylist told me "thats how it is". In no way does that make sense to me. I never have heard of such a thing before. If I make two appointments for 1:30 the idea is I get TWO appointments for 1:30. I did not wait to get my nails done because I had other plans. 

My sister was not too happy with her nails. The manicurist made her fingers bleed when she cut around the cuticles and her hands hurt/burned for 3 days. The lady also charged us 8 dollars more than the coupon. I didnt argue because $28 for a manipedi is a good price but it is important for someone to keep their word especially to their customers. 

Bad customer serivce and was taken for a fool. Never going back again due to their dishonesty and lack of attention.

Got a Groupon and had a good service gel mani and pedi. She took her time and a did a meticulous job!

The hair dressers in this salon deserved to get their license removed. After showing them and and making it clear that I wanted to go from blonde to light brown they dyed my hair orange. A week after the incident I went back and shy said they were going to fix it and make it light brown. Turns out I left the salon with black damaged hair, with orange highlights. I will never step a foot into that salon again.
