I had a disgusted experience while trying to pick up my order today. After giving my order to the wrong person. This person had left the building with my inteneded food. Then after I was sitting for 30 mins comes in as tells the staff they had given her the wrong order. This lady (not employee) pulls my intended food out to show/prove the staff this is not her meal. The staff still has not told me of the mix up as I watch it happen. So the staff takes back the food then proceeds to staple it shut again and then tells me my order is ready. My mouth dropped like omg this random person was just handling my food and it's 20ish minutes cold and they try and give it to me with a smile. I promptly asked for a return of my money. I will not be eating from a place that holds zero value over the health of their customers. So disgusted.....

Chicken shack has the best chicken tenders you will eat. I shouldn't need to say more but I challenge you. Order them here and go to any other "fast food" place. You will see :-)

Ordered 2 pc dark snack with bbq. Took them too long. Then they brought it, without the bbq. 5 min layer they bring it back. The thigh was NOT totally cooked!!!! It will be a long while before I go back there!!!
