The service was terrible. I said I wanted the sub they had pictured on the top left corner of their dive through menu. I was then greeted with "Just give me the number please." I told them there was no number present next to the picture so they asked me to pull forward and handed me a print out menu. I then pointed to the only sub pictured on the print out menu which was the same sub pictured on the drive through menu and then they very rudely told me they don't know what that sub is... So the sub they have on all of their advertisement does not exist? Or the people working there do not know what it is? Either way I won't be returning. The food was not very good either.

The deli meat has been lacking flavour and the breads rather tasteless too. Once worth the extra $ now is very forgetful.

Slowest restaurant in the area.  I have filed complaints with corporate when it takes 2.5-3.5hrs to get my food delivered 1/4 mile away.  They are terrible.  Even in the drive through it often takes 30 minutes or more.
