I have shopped at Chicos for many years and have made many returns. I bought a ring a few months ago and it turned green on my finger and the color changed from silver to copper. I wanted to return the ring. I was told by the store manager if you get the ring wet it will turn colors. I have plenty of Chicos jewery and I have never had it turn colors.   There jewery is not inexpensive. One of the sales managers had agreed to return the ring but was not able to do the transaction due to it being over two months. She ask me to come back when the other manager was there. When I came back the other manager refused to exchange the item or refund my money.  She told me I could send it back through the mail. This was obviously a defective item and I have never had this kind of problem with returns at any other Chicos. I feel that this manager is just in it for the profit and not concerned about keeping good relations with there customers.

I have always had excellent, helpful service and have enjoyed wearing the clothes that I've purchased here.
