I like shopping here because you can get gteat prices for clothes. And if you watch the clearance you can find even greater prices.

They never have clothes that fit me, I am a 3xlt in torso and 42" in waist. However there home décor is fun to browse through. Best place to buy cologne.

I called in to see if they had muffin pans. Not wanting to waste a trip to the other side of town. I was transferred to a manager immediately who told me shortly that I'd have to come in and check for myself. I called back after thinking the conversation over, because I didn't feel the request for information on stock was unreasonable. The same manager told me that because they were a treasure store, I'd have to come in and check. I asked if that is the company policy. She said it was. Maybe it is company policy, and maybe they are really busy, but if I were working there and I had time or could find someone who did have time, I don't think it would be a violation of company policy to go take a look and make a sale. So if you view Ross as someone begrudgingly running someone else's yard sale--then cool, but I'm buying muffin pans elsewhere; not out of spite, but to not waste a trip when someone who is standing less than 40ft away from the kitchen isle could have told me yes or no.
