Chief Bauer has been fantastic! We've had our HVAC unit for about 7 years now, and we've had a service agreement with them for much of that time. This year, Kurtis Walker, technician extraordinaire, came out to perform our annual service inspection. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of our unit. We are very thankful that this company employs knowledgeable individuals to inspect their equipment and perform repairs when necessary. Thank you so much!!!

This is the first time I called for a service after I bought my house. The technician Jeremy was nice, I appreciate the fact that he covered his shoes and kept my carpet clean. He explained to me what was the issue with my AC, he was able fix it instantly. I was glad that he had the defective part with him. Furthermore, he explained to me the benefits of the heater and AC tune ups, and saved me 15% of the service cost. N.B.

Dave Jamison just left our house after doing our fall time up. No complaints, he was very friendly & very polite. One thing I REALLY appreciate about Chief Bauer is the guys covering their shoes when they come inside so they don't make floor dirty, really appreciate it!

Had a banging sound coming from our HVAC unit. Called Chief Bauer and they came out within days of our call. No worries from the sound, also did a season check of the furnace. We actually had an issue...Jeremy found it and fixed it. Very pleasant and professional, not even two happy little dogs bothered him.
