Ricky came out today for my annual fall furnace checkup.  He was very courteous and pleasant!  He did have to leave for a part for the furnace, but he was back quickly and finished the job in no time!  I hope to see Ricky again another time!

Sam was extremely helpful and thorough. A very nice person, and he did a wonderful job for us. He caught a couple of issues with our furnace that needed fixing and we were very grateful for his most professional service.

It was easy to set up an appointment for an AC check on our old system.  On the day of check the office notified me early enough that I had time for other activities before David P. arrived.  He was thorough, courteous, and professional, letting me know the technical condition and options for next steps.  I've already booked a follow up visit to explore possibilities.  Thanks!

Called for preventive maintenance on my air conditioning unit. Sara was courteous and scheduled my appointment promptly. Jennifer provided a follow-up call to let me know that scheduling remained on track. Brennan arrived on time and was gracious as he took the extra time to educate me on what he was accomplishing and the testing results of my unit. I appreciated Brennan's frank, honest, and no pressure assessment of my options. It was a pleasure working with these professionals. Their proactive approach and responses to my queries made me realize that the company wanted to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I am impressed and wholeheartedly recommend Mike Williams for your plumbing, heating an air conditioning needs.

Mike Williams has always been very professional with each visit, they arrive on time, and if anything needs to be changed (time of arrival) I always get a call from their office.  They have done a couple of jobs for us and Ryan D. is always courteous and he is very thorough . This trip was for the Spring/Summer checkup of our AC unit and water heater.  He and his assistant inspected the units, made suggestions and gave us options to upgrade things on our unit.  NO high pressure just options. (I would like to see the quoted prices a little lower, but that is the cost of business in today's world)
