Chief Mobile Home Park is a manufactured home community of 165 homes, located in Justice, Illinois.

Since the 1950s, Chief has been a family owned and operated. Third generation family members are involved in day-to-day operations and are dedicated to providing an exceptional, stable and close knit community for Chief’s residents, all of whom care about their homes as well as each other.

Chief Mobile Home Park has evolved into a thriving company that specializes in the rental and sales of new and pre-owned mobile homes. Lot rent includes snow removal on the main streets, water, sewer and curbside garbage removal. Decks, patios and storage sheds are available.

Fran Mills is Chief’s full-time, popular property manager who recently received a degree in Gerontology, with honors, from Moraine Valley Community College.

Fran and her staff are hands-on and proud of the fact that they know the names of all the residents as well as many of their grandchildren. They know who might be celebrating a milestone, who is ill and who needs a helping hand.

Devoted to the stability of the community, Fran and her staff fix problems immediately. They are open and uncommonly friendly. They strive to maintain the Chief as a safe, quiet place to live.
