It's ghetto. Druggies, alcoholics and thieves live here. A little girl just overdosed on heroin. There are some nice people.

I love my mobile home! I love this park!   It is beautiful and I feel safe and peaceful here.  This is where I am retiring to, because I absolutely fell in love with my brand new house I moved in 14 months ago, always remembering the day I saw this beauty and knew I wanted to make it mine :)  Great advantages, nice staff, great manager, Lisa, always friendly, knowledgeable and takes her time with you.  Nice neighbors, and I LOVE the fact that it is pet friendly here!  I'd NEVER buy a home if it wasn't pet friendly.  It just isn't home without a pooch!  Plan to stay until I hit my late eighties in 30 years :)  Can't explain it, but it is a very homey place with mostly friendly folks.
