Completely disrespectful and it does seem that each employee absolutely hates their job. I'd appreciate eye contact and respectful tone especially since you and I have never met. Unbelievable! This place and system is exactly like a supervisor looked at me and said... " We collect child support in the interest of the state." I see that. You are not here for the children.

Those ladies behind the window made me not want to go back at all.  They ignore you when asking a question. I was given the wrong papers  and after I filled them tells me "sorry these are the right ones, fill them again". They were nonstop talking about not having enough coffee in the office and wanting to complain about it.. seriously? All the time this happened I was waiting in front of the window waiting for them to help me. They would get up and walk around like if they were busy. It's a window and it's clearly clean, they could see me. This office needs young good looking and happy ladies.

I opened my case for almost a year ago from my experience they been giving the run around like they truly don't care about helping you. The case workers handling my case haven't done anything. I provided all the information needed because they couldn't even reach the courthouse. Honestly, what disappoints me the most that I served in the military and my ex husband is still active duty who refuses to pay child support. I still can't believe they find it so difficult to help me out when I provided the agency with active cell phone numbers, address, social and all paperwork and still can't get my case in order. The worst part is that they telling me ma'am he is not earning or making a living like I am over here well I did over 10 years in the military I know our salaries and this people can't even read an LES. You have to do everything for them and still you do not get helped. Its pretty sad that this people are getting paid and can't even do their job.

After years of getting no where i was finally set with the correct group of people to assist me. I want to thank Mrs. Vanessa Elizondo and investigator A. Chavez for helping and going above and beyond. For the first time i can give good feedback regarding the Child support agency.

Very rude and loud your business is for everyone to know apparently no privacy staff always yelling at people and putting them on the spot light they could use some manners
