Horrible beyond horrible. They scheduled a meeting that I couldn't attend. I informed them twice that I needed to reschedule. My sons dad said that he couldn't attend either, also called twice and they never rescheduled . I get a call saying your gonna have to go to court. You can imagine my reaction when I said I rescheduled this and no one got back to me. They said to wait for a letter saying when it was rescheduled, They instead tell me well now a officer is gonna serve you with papers for court, honestly I think all their after is money. They can charge whatever they want to go to court but they magically can't reschedule a simple meeting ? Hmm I wonder why..

A completely out of control government agency. Try getting thru one of these folk on the telephone.I don't honestly know how these people sleep at night,oh never mind,they sleep very well on their Stearns & Foster mattresses no doubt.

Horrible - nightmare - Trying to get in touch with these people is bad. Just bad. If you're trying to get a review of your case so you can lower your payment in may take up to three months to review, meanwhile the current payment stands weather you can afford it or not. It's legalized extortion.Try to leave a message, try to talk to someone, try to send an email, try to make an appointment, try and go down there and wait. It's all ajoke and nothing will be done about it. Nothing. If I could give a negative number I would.
