I applied for Medicaid when i got pregnant with my second child and was not approved which was surprising.They gave me a Share of cost of $670, more than i make every two weeks. So i went into my application to see if everything was correct. For some reason they had put that me and my fiance had 23 and 27$ per hour jobs when in reality we have 10/11$ per hour jobs. Now i have to wait another whole month to see what kind of shenanigans they pull this time. Oh and they changed my pregnancy status to not pregnant. Good job people good job!

Florida DCF service is horrendous customer service line does not ring so you cannot get through. The southern region number always says all of our callers are busy try again later. When I tried getting resolved child support with my little one's father. I had my insurance canceled because "I did not want to cooperate" in their words. I called before to tell them I do want to cooperate and to please send me whatever I need to sign or do. I found out through an emergency visit recently I had I have all the qualifications for Medicaid as a single parent and full time student. But now they put a sanction on me so that medicaid cannot help me. They still say I refuse to cooperate therefore the sanction. Now that I am trying to contact someone to get this situation resolved you cannot get even a ring through customer service, and forget the local office phone. I dread the thought of going to the local office in person because when pregnant I had to go through so many ordeals because of their incompetence, even as to blame me for my own last name being misspelled in their files... it wasn't misspelled on my account they just completely put in a different last name. Making my process take longer. Then all my paperwork "went missing" or "wasn't there". I had to take my daughter's father who's from NY to go in and find out what's going out. Long story short we got escorted out for him complaining about how the people in the back which we saw some with our own eyes just hanging out some playing games on their computers. People got loud and then all my paperwork was suddenly found and we got escorted out. It seems they don't really care to help. Their volunteers some do not even speak English and hang around to be nosy and hear what the argument is. Appalling I thought we were still in the United states.

At community partners health now waiting for help to continue , cause there's no applicant helpers .across street not happy with service. Very slow. Non-American

I love it so much I hate they never pick up the line! It's frustrating! I won't let it get to me. Peace DOC&F. Common! Do your job!
