Worst service in the world. I can’t believe the lack of interest and professionalism the people who work there have . Once you come in and write your name on the waiting list, no one cares to look at it. I went to get a license and put my name on the list, 30 minutes go by and the woman who was supposed to look at the list was filling out some personal papers since once she was done filling them out , she put them in her purse. Then she started checking her phone for a good 15 minutes . A lady comes in and goes directly to her desk to ask her a question and she told her to sit down. I jumped out of my chair and told her I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes and I was on the list. She gave me that dirty look and asked me to give her papers, she never asked me to sit and I started handing her the papers. Once she had them she told me to seat back down at the waiting area and didn’t even care to ask me to seat at her station. She was shouting across the room for whatever else I needed to give her and I had to walk back to her station every time. At the end she handed me a receipt to go to the window to pay and didn’t give me any instructions or told me when my license would be ready. I was so disappointed that an office that is supposed to help the community, hires people with such disgusting behavior.

I left a voice message a day or two ago and I didn’t expect to ever receive a call back. Today I got that call back. That alone warrants this review. Thank you Mr. Felix/Orlando for returning my call. It is very much appreciated!

I've been calling for years, no one answers. When you choose options on the voice mail, it disconnects you. Absolutely the worst in SE Florida.

Worst department ever! I deal with a multitude of municipalities/cities/towns/counties, etc. and this is by far is the worst department I have ever had to deal with. I have been calling for 4 days and no answer. The one time they did answer and I asked the lady a question, she just repeated my question verbatim. Please hire competent people and train them to answer the phone and questions, instead of directing them to someone else. Can someone please pick up the phone or return my call when I leave a message.

They need to hire better qualified personel that can actually understand common english and answer a question in regards to permits.
