Left message after message for my interview and knowone calls me back! Then I get a letter saying that I missed my appointment! No, I did call all day from 8am-2pm like the letter said and still got knowone!

Just look at all the negative reviews. If you people want to sit on your butts and wait to be catered to then you get what you deserve. I have found the people in this office to be helpful and courteous. But YOU have to do your part. The world owes you nothing. My Food Stamps were just cancelled. For some reason, my renewal, which I did on their web site two months ago, got lost in their system. This is a real problem for me, but it is not the fault on anyone in this office. They have a difficult job to do, and they try, but if you all keep complaining it only makes it worse.

I have had the WORST experience dealing with Ashley regarding Medicaid application.  The whole process was new to me, I had always had insurance prior to this.  Instead of being helpful, patient and explanatory, Ashley has been nothing but rude, incompetent and does not return phone calls.  I'm thinking they need to need to hire more staff but the answer is probably in replacing the tired and aggressive sounding Ashley.

Does anybody that works in this office knows how to answer the dannng phone. I have called this office 30 times within 4 hours and not one time i get a hold of anybody. frustrating!! This place is the worse.
