Worst experience EVER! I dropped off quite a few things before I moved out of state in August 2012 and left my new address and information so a consignment check could be mailed once all of the items were sold. A year later I called to inquire and was told I have a credit on the account of $58.00 GREAT! The girl on the phone confirmed all my information and said a check would be mailed. GREAT! 3 weeks later I called to inquire where the check was, i was given the run around. The owner was on vacation so I called the following week and was told yet another excuse. I called the following week and actually every week for the next 5 weeks and was consistently told excuse after excuse. Finally on my 8th call I spoke to  the owner and she said she would be mailing the check personally in the morning. After a week (actually 8 days) I called back and was told that the check had just been mailed the day before (WHY???) and that I should be getting it shortly. That last call was 8/30/13. Today is 9/20/13 and I still have not received the check! END RESULT: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
