The Leominster store left me feeling as though the sales clerks could care less that I'm a customer. Went there on a Saturday and at first they were attentive to inform me about their sale. When I asked if someone could help me find a top to go with the pants I planned on buying the lady sure and then left me hanging while she and the store manager discussed how to set up the store for the next day and how to assist another customer with a pre sale purchase. Very disappointing to see two employees helping one customer while I was totally neglected. Makes me think twice before I go back to that store again!

Yes, the clothes are great quality and style but they tend to be pricey. Luckily, if you time them well enough, you can catch all their great sales. Got a $100 jacket for $20, and I've caught many other deals there. I never buy anything at full price but it's one of my favorite stores ever.
