A clean and bright, quieter, less busy office in an easy location, and friendlier staff who are focused on providing excellent service vs getting as many clients as possible through the door. My four children started at Cavity Busters, we switched and have no need to look back. I greatly appreciate the lengths they go to make my kiddos feel welcome and safe; the attention to each of them was impeccable. Effective and thorough communication for parents so there are no surprises at visit time, and there's a painless process of cancelling or rescheduling appointments. I am so pleased we are a part of their practice.

My children WERE patients of this pediatric dentist for years...no problem.  Recently, I had to cancel two appointments.  (One admittedly was a last minute appointment cancellation.  The other was just a normal cancellation.)  Basically, the office staff refused to allow me to reschedule for a different time.  The office also is charging an exorbitant fee to release their records to me. We are looking for a new dentist.  Any suggestions? Thanks (Also, we only visit about 2x/year because we take care of our teeth.) Sometimes people have to cancel, why make it a huge deal?  This is the second time, they made it a huge deal.
