Our psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists, are highly trained and are in-network with all major insurance companies. We can take your insurance!

After a hospitalization I went for an intake session. Instead of a therapist and psychiatrist that I could afford, Melina referred me someplace else for partial hospitalization which I had done before and did not want to do again, and wouldn't accept me as a patient, but accepted my money.

Bonnie is super friendly and helpful! Several therapists that work for Psycare really care about clients. They are easy to talk to, have great advice, and try to teach about mindfulness and other ways to cope with daily stress/triggers. Not every therapist is exceptional as in every group. Worth giving it a try.

This place is screwed up. If you see a psychiatrist, you must also see one of their psychologists. It's a double or nothing type situation. I left the psychologist because she would not provide the treatment I wanted to try for trauma. They are endlessly stuck in CBT and Mindfulness - as if no other types of treatment are worth exploring. When I went back to see the psychiatrist, I was told that I had to first make an appointment with yet another psychologist on their staff. If they had a psychologist who could have given me the treatment I wanted, then surely I would have been recommended to that psychologist in the first place, rather than being told to GO FIND THAT TREATMENT ELSEWHERE. There's a lot of nepotism going on here and it's not in the best interests of the patients who, for whatever reason, are dissatisfied with either their psychologist or their psychiatrist. It's not like the psychiatrists and psychologists had some sort of regular communication regarding my case of which I am aware. In fact, it seemed they did not communicate with each other to any great extent. So then why this ridiculous practice rule? Their solution was rather than make me an appt with the psychiatrist I have been seeing for a year was to "go to an emergency room if your medications are getting low." EMERGENCY ROOM? REALLY? Talk about a waste of medical resources and a bill that will be ridiculous - go to an emergency room because PsyCare has this ridiculous rule. Funny way to behave because I am trying to recover from decades of narcissistic abuse and nonsensical rules and other idiotic self-serving mores which were never communicated properly to me in the first place - and this place turns into the very thing I'm trying to break away from. I definitely would not recommend this practice for this reason alone. Psychological ponzi scheme.

Worst experience! Had appointment at 4 pm and was told I would see Pyschiatrist after being referred by therapist for $130.00. I went to therapy she took my check than said it would be " a longgggg process " before I saw doctor when she knew when I called I was without medication and needed medication management before anything ! I left her office at 4:06 , six minutes later when she said she couldn't help me and wouldn't give back the $130 dollars. I didn't receive the services she had no right ! They are frauds and I will fight this tooth and nail to see everyone knows how unprofessional and just outright disgusting pig she is ! Autumn Dougherty shouldn't be licensed she's money hungry and doesn't see best Interest in the welfare of patients!
