Worst service....took over a hour to get our food had to ask the manager to check on the food and was told that it was all done but 2 plates so needless to say all the other plates was cold once we got our food. None of the teas that was ordered had ice. Worst service to spend over $100 on a meal. The manager never came back over to make sure that we satisfied after we had to flag her down the first time to get our food.

I have never been so disappointed in service (maybe I should say lack of service) in my life. My daughter and I stopped in today (7/19/17), were greeted by the hostess, and she took us to the area near the bar and said, "You can sit here or there, whichever." She proceeded to walk off. Okay, we chose the actual table instead of the bar stool height table, both of which were dirty. We sat for 15 minutes, watching 3 different servers attend to the tables around us, make eye contact with us, and never approach us. The bartender, a lady, made eye contact with me, then glanced around like maybe we haven't been approached yet, but sadly went back to her one...only one, bar customer. I finally walked to her and simply stated, "I'm not sure who works that area, but we are leaving." She only says, "oh, okay..". So, needless to say, we will NOT be back.

Boo hated this chili's. Ordered to-go to where they would bring me out the food and they did not do that at all. Notified I was there waited 10 minutes then went inside and waited another 10 mins for my food. They need to stop being penny pinchers and have more than one person working to-go, it makes that poor person stressed out and overwhelmed making you less productive and cause unhappy customers

Stopped to visit with a friend and enjoy a late lunch. All Chili's have a great menu including really good 'lighter fare' for those of us who struggle with weight. This Chili's has a good bar as well and is always squeaky clean when I have been there. That, plus wait staff and managers who take their jobs seriously make it stand out.
