I give this restaurant 3 stars because the restaurant was very cold, our waitress didn't seem interested in us at all and the food was only fair. I've been to many other chili restaurants that had far better service and the same food was cooked properly so it tasted much better. We ordered the awesome Texas cheese fries however they were over cooked so the fries we're pretty dried out and the cheese was kind of gross. It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't delicious. The chips and salsa were good. 
Unfortunately it's this type of location that gives chain restaurants a bad name. 
For dessert we ordered the cake with caramel sauce and ice cream on top. After 35 minutes we finally asked the waitress if our dessert was ready. Someone delivered it to us and unfortunately it was so cold that the ice cream would not even melt. Ugh.

I went in with a friend to catch up with each other. We both ordered burger. When the burgers came and we went to eat them the grease poured off of them and the French fried were cold. We got fresh but our server didn't do her job very well. She took one of the cold French fried and left the other to sit at our table the whole time we are our lunch. No one had checked the bottles of ketchup on the tables and ours was empty. She grabbed another bottle from another table then spent the rest of our time grabbing a bottle from another table. All she had t do was go out back and either refill it or grabb another bottle. I don't think I'll order a burger there again.

Like most Chili's nationwide, they have cut their menu offerings to focus on sandwiches, ribs, and appetizers. You must try the skillet queso and the loaded wings - appetizers! We had some of the best ribs here and the server was phenomenal! We will be stopping by more Chili's franchises during our travels based on the service we got here.

Had the Crispy spicy pepper chicken dinner. The chicken had some real kick. The corn on the Cobb was amazing. The service was good and prompt (I also showed up at 9pm) Would love too here again. This was a great first experience.

Servers are awesome! Especially the bar tenders. I always eat at the bar area. Not a big fan of the remodel though. Like more separation from bar and dining area!
