I had traveled to Cedar Rapids for work. This Chili's was close to my hotel. I was hesitant to try it because the one in my hometown is not one of my choices when I eat out. This Chili's was a very pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, the service was GREAT, and the restaurant was very clean. During my 12 days in Cedar Rapids, I ate at this Chili's 3 times. I would highly recommend this Chili's restaurant!

Had the 2 for $22 dinners. The light and crispy chips with salsa & guac app was really good. Ribs were fall of the bone tender with a subtle smokiness and the service was good. The small table for two gets a little crowded.

Very slow today and my meal which I have eaten probably 50 times had obviously been sitting for some time before it was served. We usually are very happy at this location. We didn't see a manager the entire time we were there

After years of Chili's messing up our order, I think we are finally done. In love Chili's Southwestern eggrolls, however i believe I can now duplicate the recipe so we no longer have to deal with having to inspect our order before it comes home. The last time we ordered, my husband's meal came with two sides, and he requested loaded mashed for both. Instead of two loaded mashed, he got one (with no lid for the ride home) and some broccoli that had spots blacker than coal on it. My request is usually extra avocado ranch, which seems like quite the feat for them to put in the bag. Tonight, I guess could be out fault, as we have come to realize we must inspect all orders before we take it out of the restaurant and we missed the fact that they didn't add the mayo or mustard, and the loaded mashed had a layer of oil on the top that my husband literally had to pour off before he could even think about eating them. I don't know if they need new management or new team members, but this has been an ongoing issue with Chili's.

0 STARS!!!!! You know why it's because we went into Chili's around six but we didn't get service 'till 45 minutes later . And top of that an irrelevant,unqualified ,arrogant, unorthodox, server girl was so distracted she couldn't even do her work properly!!! And on top of that she couldn't even get one single table right no order was right of which she served!!!
