They have the worst staff! The girl working the drive through has given me attitude the last two times I’ve been there, and this last time they gave me cold food so I took it inside and all the employees started making a huge deal about the fact that they had to remake it. It was really rude and disrespectful on their part. The guy who remade it decided to take a bit of one of the cinnamon bites while he was making them and he ate it over the other ones in the pan. All of the guys were sagging their pants below their butt which was disgusting. After I left I called to get the general managers info, and the manager Tony said there is no general managers and he could not forward me on to anyone higher than him. I tried to explain my complaint to Tony but he kept interrupting me, and he didn’t see anything wrong with what they employees were doing. Finally I gave up talking to Tony. And to top it all off when I got home and went to eat my food they didn’t even put the right food in the bag.

the staff wasn’t good at all. Customer service here is horrible. They could barely remember my one item order. If you are able to, go to a different Taco Bell. This one is horrible

We waited more than 30 minutes after we ordered and they hadn't even started fixing our order. They had dumped it off the screen. Then when we got home the order was still wrong. Very Unhappy!

Today was one of the best experiences I've had ever at taco bell, I order the same thing every time and don't come often do to the bad times I've had but they have turned it around I came in did my order as normal the lady behind the counter was nice and got my order in quick I went and sat down at a table off to the side and listened to the drive through tendent talk he was fun up beat and extreamly polite to every person that pulled up to the drive. It was nice to hear best drive through person to date as I sat there waiting for my name to be called I look up to find the lady who took my oder wasn't busy at that time and brought my food right out to me. I fully believe in a good team and the benefits that comes from having a good team I hope that the owner / manager realizes what they have here and does right to the employees here as I will come back alot more after today

Showed up at 10:40pm (store closes at midnight) no cars in the lot, but the lights to the drive through were on. Waited at least 10 minutes, tried to get the attention of an employee. No luck. Ended up leaving. Just don't go.
