There is a waitress there she's kinda new but with Her experience car hopping at a Sonic Drive In she don't miss a beat and always has a smile on her face. She seems to work harder than anyone on the floor. There is a manager there that has had claims against him for fantasizing with his good looking female staff members, someone should look into that. That's kinda disturbing. But the cooks do a great job! Food was delicious! I give it an A+ service quality and presentation!

It was my first time making a to-go order. I was on my lunch break so I had limited time to order. I didn't realize they opened at 10:45am but I had already placed my order. Upon placing the order, I forgot to add one more thing. Karina was very nice to me over the phone despite the fact I called early and probably made it inconvenient for them. She took my order down and tried to fix it. When I arrived, I was greeted by my name and given my food all within 15 minutes from ordering to picking up. When I got back to work, the bacon on my Texas cheese fries was brown. It was odd for me to ever see bacon like that so I had to pick it off. Other than that, it was hot, fast, and delicious.

My husband and I came here and ate around 3pm they wasn't busy at all. Both male waiters was rude and my husband's ribs was dry. I ordered the Chipotle honey crispers and they was good but both my husband's corn and mine tasted old and chewy. Our waiter left halfway through our meal and didn't even tell us one of the other male waiters rudely told us he left and he got us a box for leftovers then I had to ask him please for the ticket several times which he rudely told me yeah if you'll hold on I'll get it in a minute. Won't be back wasn't impressed with staff or food.

Chili's is a nice place to go eat, the food is good but the service is lacking, wait staff will get your drink order bring that to you, then get your food order and fill that and bring it to you. Don't expect a empty drink glass to be refilled. Staff is not attentive to keeping up with the needs of customers, if you visit Chili's be aware of the lack of attentiveness.

It was terrible the waiter never cked back to c if food was ok he didnt deliver it the mgr did cudnt get our ck to pay ...no blue chz in my salad the mac n chz had no flavor. FF were old. Complained to mgr he took a whole $5 off and i called the district mgr told him what happened ( actually a multitude of times only at the yukon location) he said he wud send me sum gift cards....its been a week and nothing!!!!! I ve been in restaurant bus. For 37yrs they need to seriously look at their emply & mgnment and retrain or start over. Let me train them nobody will hav a terrible experience over and over again . to top it off it was slow each time so there is no excuse
