Placed an online order. Waited 25 mins to go pick it up. When I arrived it wasn't ready. After paying and waiting 25 more minutes the screen reset to tell me it would be another 17 min. When I asked for a refund the staff was rude and didn't care. Even heard one say. Doesn't matter won't hurt us. Worst customer service in Yukon. They need some serious customer service training. Won't be getting food from this sorry place anytime soon if ever again. The last place that treated me like this I said I wouldn't be back and that was over 6 years ago.

EDIT- See below*** 80% of the time our order is messed up. Some drivers are just not capable of doing their job and when they screw up they are just plain rude and disrespectful. They also do not know how to read or just don't care about delivery instructions or signs on front doors telling them to not ring bell or knock and to use the side door instead. Not to mention the drinks and sauce cups never make it. It's not just dominos tho, it's Pizza Hut and Papa Johns as well. People just don't want to earn a living anymore I think. Edit 11/03/17- The Yukon store has recently started to improve. The last few deliveries were either satisfactory or got corrected with a credit or remake.

Typically I just order my pizza and be happy. Not today. It seemed the cashier did not want to be there today. I went in to order and said my order and then began to proceed with placing it. Catch to the chase, she came off a bit rude to me. So I felt. Lighten the mood, no need to be stern or aggravated. Just not called for. Not everyone is having a bad day, so don't make theirs one either...?

One star is a very generous rating when it comes to the Yukon, Okla. Dominos store. This Dominos used to be pretty good and when a mistake was made it was corrected in a friendly professional manner. This is no longer the case. I ordered two pizzas from this Dominos and got a pizza that was unacceptable due to the lack of toppings, it was all crust. The other pizza was fine. When I called with my problem I was told my choices were to come back and get another pizza or get coupons mailed to my home. I told the manager it would be better for me to just get the corrected pizza on my next visit and was told they will not do this. I asked why they could not do this, and that they had done it in the past on another order that was incorrect (completely wrong pizza) about six months ago. I then told them who the manager was that made this happen and he told me they will no longer do this under their new management/owners. I then asked to talk with a district/regional manager and was told one would have to call me and that they do not give out the regional managers number so I did so and waited on a call. When I got the call from the district manager I did not even finish explaining the problem before I was hung up on (for no reason I did not curse or raise my voice) so I then proceeded to call their corporate office and let them know what happened and was told I would be contacted about the problem. I was contacted a few days later by the same regional/district manager who hung up on me a few days earlier. Why would dominos have someone who is part of the problem contact you to fix a problem? He left a voice mail for me to call him back but again instructed me to call the dominos store and let the manager know to let him know to call me back because they do not give out the number to the regional manager. I am busy, and cannot make a call and then wait on his call every time it is missed. It seems as if it would make sense to have a company phone that you can give the number out so you can be contacted and provide customer service. It sure seems as if they expect the customer to jump through hoops to make contact with someone when they have a problem. I do not know if these problems are due to the new ownership or not but I believe customer service is as important as the product you sell and at this point this Dominos is not providing either. We were regulars at this store and would probably spend between $80 to $100 a month here which is not much but if they keep this up they will end up like they used to be five years ago, looking for customers. Anyway, I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know in Yukon about this experience with this Dominos. I am not sure if the Manager Alex still works at this location but she always fixed every concern we ever had at this store. Maybe Dominos should look in to promoting her to a regional/district manager if they do not want to lose customers and want problems handled correctly without a wild goose chase to get someone on the phone. So good luck if you decide to order from here, because you truly never know what you will get due to their inconsistency, just hope it's not bad because customer service in my opinion is non-existent. It took the delivery driver over 30 mins to get to my residence 3 miles away.. pizzas were cold and missing multiple toppings. I called and spoke to the manager and he advised he would call me the next day and issue a partial refund of my $60 order. Two days later I called and was put on hold forever, never have received refund or return phone call. This place has the worst service and is low rate overall.
