Went to order and they stated they were out of ribs. My son ordered his food and they are out of pineapple also. Manager came over after requesting when ordered and stated that the ribs take 2 hours to smoke and they weren't ready. We arrived at 2 pm meaning they were open long enough to have ribs cooked and ready. Also ordered strawberry lemonade to drink. It tasted like water with a hint of flavor. Highly disappointed in the experience.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Bathroom was bad. Not clean. Had to request napkins. Then had to remind server we didn't get the soup ordered. Then had to ask for a spoon to eat the soup. Server acted like it was an imposition. Then he brought the ticket and stood by me waiting to see what I would put for a tip. I told him it would take a few minutes so come back. When he did he grabbed the ticket, never spoke then looked at it on the way to the kitchen so he could see the tip. Terrible. Won't ever go back and do NOT recommend

Food is typically fresh and prepared quickly. Limited seating due to small size of building. Nice rewards program and lots of perks. 50/50 chance for outstanding service or just the opposite during peak times. Great food and great variety.

After the initial ID when my fiancé and I ordered our drinks, the waitress had the manager take another look at our ID’s. We’re 22. Today is my 22nd birthday. Never told us why this happened. Then they took forever to bring us our drinks but “forgot” about my fiancé’s and his burger was very dry. Will not be coming here again.
