Been going here for years.  I left my wallet on the table last night.  Granted my fault for forgetting my wallet.  But when I called this morning for my wallet, the manager told me he had it.... with no money?!?  Yea my wallet was left minus all cash  $120.   One one hundred dollar bill.  And one twenty dollar bill. That makes me question things.  I left my wallet on the table... who tends to the tables between customers?   Surely not another customer.  Later that day when I got out of work I went to the store to retrieve my wallet.  I suggested to the manager that he may want to look at who cleaned up the table. All the  manager said  was "sorry man" we have money missing  from the tables all the time.   Really?!?!  That's lovely to hear.   He had no suggestion on how to resolve the situation.  Just "sorry man".  The funny thing is  every time I've gone, all I've ever done was over tip.    I am thankful to have my wallet but chili's has lost me as a customer.

Service was good. Food was good, except I ordered my hamburger well done and it came medium rare. The server took care of it. Very friendly. Gave free fries for my inconvenience.

Our service was quite poor. We walked in at 9:45 pm. The restaurant wasnt that busy at all. We chose the self seating, in the bar section. Our waiter took quite a few minutes to come over, his name was Stephen. We placed our drink order mine being a mudslide, by the time I finally received it it had turned into slush. Our food took forever to arrive. Stephen was absent most of the time while we ate, and like I stated above the restaurant wasn't busy. The whole service took over an hour, just for simple drinks and an appetizer.

Great tasting food.chocolate molten cake is always a winner !!.Server was good..atmosphere was a bit noisy but I guess that should be expected..great nite out !!

All in all it was an adequate if not particularly memorable. Service was timely and food was good. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about. A solid B+
