I have always had good experiences here.  If, for some reason, an item on the menu isn't up to par...the wait staff will be honest and let you know in advance.  Good food and service.

Too many of the servers don't pay much attention to their customers, and think they are quite special.
Angie the manager has NO clue how to interact with an unhappy customer or even just a question.  She pretty much begins the answer with defensive, non-committal things essentially meaning "I'm sorry you feel that way, but we didn't do anything wrong and you shouldn't expect so much." 
William the server doesn't connect with his customers at ALL. He passes by the table over and over not refilling or prebussing, and has catch phrases he uses instead of engaging.
This visit, Chelsea G took care of us better and SPOKE to us better than our own server.  She saw a need and took care of it like a real server.
The hostesses call a name out to the people inside then stand there for 3 or 4 minutes then call again instead of simply seeing if the party is outside.  This GREATLY extends our wait. When it IS your turn, they drop your menus on a table and walk off.  No communication.

The food was great very hot on a cold day.
We always try and get a table in the bar area the service is always great when Silver is there, she always does a great job.....

We were evacuated from Florida and wanted a good dinner.  We had William as our server.  He was awesome!!  Probably one of the best servers that I have ever had, and we eat out a lot.  Food was good, dessert yummy.  No complaints.

I've been going to chillis since 1987.from Florida  to Louisiana and texas.savannah,ga and nashville,tn. I will tell you this....cleveland,tn doesn't deserve a chilli' !!! Bad attitudes at the cleveland,tennessee store.rude bar tenders sketchy management and really slow service. The staff pays extra attention to the Barflys!
And everyone else is ignored! If you are looking for a nice hot meal...do not go there!
