Food here is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The server was helpful with me on what to order and polite. Been here several times and have never been let down. Parking lot being a little dark and bathrooms being dirty is the only reason I gave it only 4 stars. Over all great experience. Close to the freeway and outlet stores.

Was there today during their lunch menu. Wasn’t busy at all, however i had a horrible experience. First of all,  our drinks were ordered after another group of people got theirs, even though they sat after us.
40 mins later I still had not gotten my food, My daughter got her food, thankfully. I decided to ask the waiter to cancel my order. Come on Chili’s, how long does it take to get a hamburger & a kid’s meal? A bigger group, around 5 people, got their food before I did. Really? They got there like 10 mins after we did.
If I could give no stars, I would.
Not coming back here!!!!!!

of us came in on New Year's Eve about 45 minutes before closing.  We were seated quickly.  Food came out fairly quickly.  We enjoyed our meal.

I've been to this location several times. I usually have the same experience, food is fine and the staff are friendly, but not the most attentive. On my latest visit I was waiting for nearly 15 minutes just to pay my bill only to find out that they had given me the ziosk from another table...

I did enjoy the good food and the environment... my hubby on the other hand did not appreciate getting his rack of ribs with his bbq combo at the end of our meal. We asked the waiter what happened to the ribs and he said they must be taking longer to cook...we  have a feeling they forgot to put them  on the order...Although the manager did come and personally apologized and took the ribs off the bill, it did not make up for his ruined meal. Maybe next time kitchen staff...
