This place was literally a nightmare. Worse so, I sold my 5 year old to tag along with me. The people working here have not been initiated on the concept of communication. They stare at you and fill buckets without thinking twice or caring about what you are paying for. I asked for mild chicken strips for my daughter and for spicy shrimp and chicken for myself. But somehow, the genius behind the counter mixed it all up royally. Gave my daughter spicy shrimp and chicken strips, and have me mild twi piece chicken. I have no idea how a business could screw it up so bad after the customer pays close to $20 for two meager yet very simple meals. How hard it's it to sort a chicken? I have lost hope in humanity.

I am original from new Orleans Louisiana, I am one of the first amongst the employee who worked for the founder All Copeland.we had to cook everything from scratch 12 years off and on I have seen the changes throughout the years but this store just as a few I had visited is like going to a funeral nice people but too slow, no energy in their service.clean of store isn't bad but when you walk in no life then most of all the chicken is dry up from sitting to long under the heat light ,orders are not properly filled. Over all this place needs life! Eager to serve the customers eager get the orders to customers at a reasonable time,eagar to serve the customers to make them want to come back. This store could not handle the volume of customers I've did on my days was satisfied with the service

Good food. Eat inside the restaurant, since it has very fast service compared to the drive thru.

Great chicken but sometimes the sides aren’t great. Biscuits can be cold so they’re not soft. Or the fries are under the heat lamp too long and get stale. Easy fixes!!!

Arrived here and immediately realized the place was a mess. All the customers appeared to be waiting. The staff seemed very confused, discussing orders like they were a puzzle. We waited five minutes to order and we got to the counter they said it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken!? There was chicken in the warmer clearly visible.
