Food is pretty standard food chain stuff. Not bland but not anything that makes you go, "ummm" every single time you take a bite either. It's just okay. It stayed fairly busy the whole time too. Nice place to head out for an easy night out when you don't want to spend too much for not wanting to cook. Our server was sweet and all and all, we'll be going back. It's Chili's

We just got home from this Chili's location and I can tell you we were not impressed. I have been a server and understand being overly busy and under staffed. However, it took an hour to get our food and the food was terrible. Three of us ordered burgers that came out over cooked and they have clearly sat for a while before being brought out. Even the fries sucked. The store was dirty. Our server was decent but it still took forever to get a water refill. Two stars only because they were nice enough to comp one of the burgers for us. I also have to say one of the orders was fajitas and that too was horrible including the tortillas (which felt and tasted old and stale).

Had a coupon for a free dessert for ordering an adult entree. Went to lunch with my friends and we all paid separately. My friend had a coupon for a free appetizer and she used it when she paid for her meal. When I tried to use my coupon for a free dessert with my meal, I was told I couldn't use it because we all sat at the same table. Why does it matter if we sit together??? I had my own ticket and I paid for it so I should be able to use my own coupon. The server did not know what he was doing at all. I ended up paying for the dessert. He comes back and says "we can't let you get the dessert to go because it'll be too hot". I've ordered To-Go orders from here a lot. When you order a skillet cookie to go... they put the cookie (cold) in a box with a little container of ice cream and a small container with chocolate and you can heat it up at home. I told him to do that. I don't know who trained this guy but he obviously needs more training.

From the waitress to the cook, EXCELLENT! Food was great, staff is awesome. Will definitely come back. Ordered the triple dipper appetizer platter and had consumed it before taking pics because it was awesome. Loved the honey bbq chicken and the little burgers, southwest egg rolls were good too. Main course was steak fajitas and the old timers half pound burger. Both were amazing and delicious.

Super speedy and very friendly service with great food! My dad and I came here for cheeseburgers on a Thursday at 1:15pm. No wait - seemed like it was past the lunch time rush. Our waitress was Kim. She greeted us, quickly took our order, and provided fast, friendly service. Our cheeseburgers were cooked as we ordered them and came with a side of small pickles sprinkled with some kind of course pepper (delicious). My dad had a side of broccoli which came out after receiving our burgers, and I had fries.
