I came during rush hour so there was a line and a wait for the food... On the Brightside it was fresh and about what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. The staff was very stressed out (understandably because of how busy it was) but courteous. Most of the local Chinese food shops are better and about the same price, with quicker service.

It’s always dirty coming in here. Good thing I don’t dine in. Sometimes the employees are gross and don’t wear gloves, touching their hair, phones, face, handling money and then going and handle food bare handed, touching utensils, pushing overfilled food inside trays. It’s all true 🤢. So you really have to watch them and speak up, that’s if you don’t mind tweens and teens rolling their eyes at you, smacking their lips, and throwing nasty vibes your way for inconvenience them with health code regulation reminders, during their paid shift in the food service industry. Apparently they’re lazy and don’t like to clean or perform their paid job duties at a nationwide standard rate so they leave the dining area in havoc on a consistent enough basis for us to notice. AND have false entitlement, so much so that the customers don’t seem to matter at all. Like refusing to accommodate orders during closing shift when there’re still 1 - 2 hours before actual closing time. I’ve had to be refunded before because the burnt food wasn’t even edible. This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location in specific. I won’t go into too much detail here because I am already contacting corporate but just so everyone knows, the other reviews are pretty accurate. 🤷‍♀️ UPDATE: 1/29/18 Came again last night and they’re doing MUCH better. The girl at the counter working night shift was super friendly, she greeted us at the door and asked if we wanted to sample anything then continued to take and prepare our order without any issues. The food was also quite enjoyable, (new chefs maybe?) nothing was burnt, tasting funny, or old..... Yummy, just how I like my Panda Express. Kudos for making changes at this location. It’s the closest one to us living on this side of the valley, now we won’t have to travel further out. Thank you.

Ordered online at 5:40 for pickup at 6. Food was not ready and waited until 6:15 while they cooked it... Update: ordered online again on 5/15/17. Order was not ready 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Fork utensils are lying down in an open container for everything to grab. Gross. Update: ordered online AGAIN 7/31/17. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:33am, got there on time, wasn't even started! One item was string bean chicken and it wasn't even cooked...she said it would take 5 mins to cook. Why are you even open early at 10am then? Idiot management! Hire me at $70k/year and I'll fix your problems. Update 12/28/17: ordered online again, came to pickup ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it wasn’t done and they had not started it yet! No apology or offer given.

Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. Of all the chain restaurants this one is the best.

Everything you would expect out of a Panda Express. Service was good and food is the standard selection.
