This location has improved in the last year or so. I'd like to see some caring employees in there every once and a while but the food is always what I expect and it comes out quickly

Some people don't realize that servers are human too. They have to feed their kids with the money they make there.. The servers at this location try their hardest to serve fast and hot food. Sometimes they get busy and customers get cranky but that's a part of the business. The drinks are cold and the food is good. And if you're not bougie this is the place for you.

This chili's is the worst I have been to! The waitress was slow to come to table restaurant wasn't busy. Took 20+ minutes to get drinks on table. When we finally got to place our order it took over 50 min to get cold food our appetizer come out with food all 3 meals were overdone and dry We asked for a manager after an extensive wait I was told didn't know when I could be seen the waitress seemed to get increasingly rude when she could be found. I really do hope that a change happens cause I really like eating at chilis cause this is the second time I have had close to the same experience at this chilis. The way it is right now one star is to much to give it

No issues, not very busy but it was fast service. How we I felt that my food was rushed because the presentation was not there and the portions in my sampler plate were all whack. 
It was good but not the best chili’s
