I went on a school service field trip and on our way back home we stoped for some casual shopping and we stopped by Chili's for lunch. Our waitress was Ashley **. She was very friendly, made a few suggestions and made us feel right at home. She was so nice that we told the manager how we felt about our experience at this Chili's. The manager was very friendly also. Steaks were perfect! We ordered ours well done and no pink. Our steaks were moist and juicy, cooked to our request and tasted great! The potatoes and broccoli was very good too and I usually don't care for cooked broccoli. No desserts, we were too full. Great place and good service

Excellent customer service, though a little slower than I would have liked due to shift change. Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Restrooms clean, food was sufficiently tasty as I would expect from Chili's. It hot when it was supposed to be hot and cold when it was supposed to be cold. Furthermore once the inherent commotion and confusion of shift change was over our drinks were always full.

We came in on 12/30/17 around 2:30 pm. Our server Danny was horrible. She brought out one of the dishes and it was wrong. She brought it out a second time and it was still wrong. She blamed everything on the cooks. We asked to speak to the manager on duty, she accused us of cussing at the server which never happened. The manager continued to argue with us and tried to shut one of us up when we tried to speak. She smelled like cigarettes, had a horrible attitude, and was a terrible example of what a manager should be. The customer is not right in this establishment!

We had a great waitress and was greeted good. When we cashed our ticket out, I forgot my jacket inside. I was refused entry at 9:40 pm on a Thursday night. The First Lady came to the locked front door and laughed at me when I asked to get my jacket. Then the same employee got the manager, which refused me entry as well like I was a child. The manager then used profanity towards me and insisted I wasn’t coming in to get my jacket. This made my good experience turn bad instantly. She then laughed at me when I said I’ll call the manager the next day. She then laughed again saying I was wasting my time trying to talk the general manager Jeremy. She then goes on to say to not ever come back. Well, that wasn’t needed because I won’t ever go to this chili’s again unless they fire this so called manager. I’m sure corporate wouldn’t be to happy with this manager locking the doors down 20-25 minutes before actual closing. People like this is what’s wrong with people in management that shouldn’t be. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Thanks again, One unsatisfied paying customer. PS: if my child wasn’t present during her foul language, she would have got a ear full from me.

Messed up my order 3 times. Said forget it then. It was a salad! Asked for dressing on the side. Came out first time with gobs of dressing on. 2nd time waitress came out and just said they messed it up again. Third time it came out it was the wrong salad and instead of grilled chicken, fried chicken. I ordered from gluten free menu!
