We went to Chili's with some friends. All of us were skeptical because we'd had several mediocre experiences at best with Chili's in the past but we were out of town on a Sunday evening not from the area and our first choice was closed. Well April our waitress was by far the best waitress. She was attentive efficient personable and accommodating. She changed the channel on the television, our food was served hot and very tasty. The portions were perfect. Chicken, steak pasta and vegetables were all perfect. I had margaritas (no one else did) that were delicious. The desert was delicious too. We have never cleaned our plates at a restaurant but I must say none of us left with anything but full bellies and a new respect for April and the Chili's in Denham Springs, Louisiana

The staff were very pleasant, the service was quick, and the food was good! They did track soapy water out of their kitchen around the bathrooms with no wet floor signs up, so we did have to be careful walking to the restroom. Some of the silverware we got was dirty, and was quickly replaced. We constantly had refills on our drinks and food served fresh and hot!

Definitely Not Sizzling fajitas! Not even steamy... The manager was nice. She told us the kitchen staff was short and she had to go in there and help them out. They were definitely short. The food was lackluster. A total let down for me. Then I go to pay my card on that little machine and it charges me $2 for an entertainment fee, Great. The next day I went to a Mexican restaurant down the street and my fajitas were actually sizzling and very delicious.

The waiting staff is awesome. My steak was cooked the way I like it. I will defiantly be coming back.

Terrible service, decent food and loud blaring music. Gabriel's personality was as dry as paint. She was unattentive, unenthusiastic and rude. Never again.
