We got right in, but that was about as good as it got. We waited 30 minutes for our waitress; which passed by our table 3 times during the which once was checking on her other tables..; I finally went to the hostess and asked for a waitress or waiter. Our waitress finally came to our table, then a waiter, then the hostess. After I asked for a waitress we got 3. We finally ordered drinks and our food. Julie, was slow, unhelpful and sounded like she was sick. When I asked for the southwest sauce that goes with my quesadillas, she looked like a complete lost deer in the headlights. She had no clue what I was talking about. 
The food... Our fried pickles were barely fried, the batter was light yellow, and the bottom of the basket was soaked in grease. My sons pizza came out good, my food was good and my husband didn’t complain about his pasta. We also had dessert and it was good as well. 
Overall, the food was good, but our service was terrible. We donated the waitresses tip to St. Jude’s Hospital.

Excellent service, food was delicious!! Waitress was very attentive!! Highly recommend for a great dinner night with family. Keep up the good work.👍

Impeccable service! There was a small wait due to short staff on servers but completely understandable in this area. Host said it would be about a 10 minute wait, but offered us the bar top as open seating, and definitely best decision made in our part, bartender Bethany was on a roll! She was super busy for a Wednesday night, Running around taking care of all her customers and still managing time to make all the drinks the servers would ask for. We never had empty drinks and at about 10 minutes of chit chatting a gentleman brought our food out (Which I'm guessing was the manager considering he started helping out and was around everywhere you turned.) But honestly the best treatment I've had in a good while. Thanks Chili's! :)

Ordered online and picked it up. Workers were rude when I picked up my food. Got home and part of my order was missing. Got fried pickles and they were flavorless (no clue how they accomplished that). Got a burger and paid extra to have avocado on it. The avocado was mostly grey! Not something that I’d even let my dog eat! 

Bad experience once, I figure that no one is perfect. Repeatedly bad experiences, I stop giving them my business and let others know what they could possibly be in for.
