The billboard out front facing the street read: 2 lg 3 topping pizzas for 21.99 They didn’t answer the phone or we would have called ahead. We got there sat at a table. Never did come take our order. Had to walk up to front. I ordered two lg pizzas, one cheese, one with hamburger and Italian sausage with 3 drinks. The total was 36.94. I asked why so much? He said the special was with bread sticks. I said in a loud voice, well heck give me the bread sticks I’ll just throw them away. The manager on duty came over and told me to lower my voice. He said the guy on the register is A Human Being! I told them it’s ridiculous to charge so much more because I don’t order bread sticks. We walked out! Will never Ever Return to this store. Imbeciles!!!

The wait time is ridiculous I love on 42nd n Dixie it shouldn’t take a 1:20 to get one pizza okay? I love 2 minutes away. The staff are extremely rude especially the manager who laughed at me when asking for a new pizza and refused to give me corporates number . I feel incredibly disrespected by this branch I will not be going here and spending my money again for cold freaking pizzaand I’m a frequent costumer. Don’t waste your time and money on these assholes. I didn’t even get my replacement pizza in fear they would spit in my food!!

Terrible service and delivery girl Jazmine messed up the order and never came back with order. Managers didnt do anything about it but a 20 dollar credit when we spent 30.....

Put a online order in estimated time for delivery was 20-30 mins. One hr passes by called to check on the order. It never got made told me it would be a whole 55 mins before it would be out for delivery. I was told they were very short handed so I agreed to wait another 55 mins. Another hour passes by call and they never sent it out and there were not drivers to deliver. 20- 30 mins turned into waiting for over two hours for nothing.
