Every single time we come to this restaurant there is terrible service. We have come in the least busiest times and we wait for someone to even acknowledge we sat down at a table. We order the special 2 for $22 with a appetizer. Chips and salsa finally come out and then our food comes a few minutes later. The food was not hot and the ribs were tuff and dried out. I keep coming back thinking this was just a temporary problem only to receive the same service every time. I am done with Chili's. They need to clean house of the poor employees and hire someone that really wants to do the job and not be caught up talking and flirting with each other all the while there are customers who deserve their attention instead.

Mostly good experience. Had to retrieve our own highchair after asking. Food was good but took longer as they were very busy. Food was great.

Good atmosphere. Good food. We went around 2 on a Saturday. Wasn't super busy but not dead either. Servers were quick and checked on us frequently. I definitely had an excellent experience and will go back again.

Great service, Shawn was very attentive to the tables need. You're in for a great meal if you get this guy. He's quick and anticipates your drink refills and keeps the table clear.

Ate dinner there last thursday night...... a roach ran right off my plate on to the table.... several severs came to try to kill it... The manager comped our meal .... obviously because I wasn’t paying for it ....he said it was the cold weather and insects are coming inside??? I won’t be back. I went outside and threw up! Very disappointed
