I want to give a huge shout out to one of the awesome young men working Friday night, July 28!   I feel terrible I didn't get his name!!  Earlier in the day I had eaten here and enjoyed a delicious wrap and salad.  Unfortunately, I left my Victoria's Secret bag behind.  It wasn't until the next morning that realized I had lost it.  After re-visiting my steps and making several calls, I deemed it a loss.  I left Planet Subs thinking it was gone, but this guy ran after me and told me he had found it and returned it to VS, and said something about the purchase being returned to my VS card.  There was a lot of confusion tracking down what happened to the sack/purchase and I left that morning still without my purchase or confirming it had been returned.  I didn't get to properly thank him, and I appreciate the integrity of this fine young man!!

This was the first time I've ever ate at a Planet Sub. I don't know how they did it but their 6 inch sandwich seemed to fill me up a whole heck of a lot more that some of the 12 inch sandwiches from another sandwich chain. I had the BBQ sandwich and it was extremely tasty.

My husband and I split a meatball sub here one day. It was really delicious! The staff was friendly and the place was very clean.

 I ordered a large lunch order, one sandwich (the green turkey club) had some issues. The guacamole was black, not brown, and there was a long curly black hair on it. I called the store to report this, hoping they would be accommodating, but the person on the phone (Kyle) argued with me and said the avocado would never be black, just a little browned from touching oxygen. I know what avocado looks like, and brown is fine, black is not. He also argued with me about the hair, going so far as to say "I am pretty sure what you see is either sprouts or from the avocado. We would never let hair get in a product and we don't even have anyone here with dark hair." I offered to send him a picture, and I make the same offer to you, because that was definitely a hair from a human head, a long curly hair. The representative then offered me a PARTIAL refund on that sandwich, and only submitted to a full refund after I demanded it. I don't think I've ever had an experience like that in a restaurant, and I felt that it needed to be reported. Awful, awful customer service.
