I would like to point out last month i only called in for Onion rings to go.. the wait was outrageous, kicker being i was walked by several times by multiple employees in whom not a peep came out as a greeting or a warm welcome while sitting in their lounge. I happen to manage a smaller yet successful Diner not too far from this chili's, fairly recently expanded to a second restaurant. I was dumbfounded. Not being acknowledged in a greeting area is absolutely unacceptable. Long story short, i was given burnt onion rings. Absolutely Inedible. However, by making this point to higher management i was eventually (one month later) sent three 5$ GIFT cards for the onion rings i craved for so much. In the end, the fact i was not acknowledged is still and forever will be a huge NoNo if you intend on superior or even mediocre service.

My family and I love this Chili's!!! Great service, excellent food and the place is always clean. We usually start off with free chips and salsa, but try not to fill up on the chips. The entrees are good sized and very filling. We usually get fajitas, which are awesome. The Ancho salmon, which is also fantastic and a good portion size. The ultimate burger, which speaks for itself...ultimate! Or, the crispy chicken tenders with 2 sides, which are more than filling. These entrees have been consistent winners. And, if you like happy hour, you can get 2 for 1's all day on Saturday...you can't beat that! Top to bottom, this Chili's is always on point.

Food not at all what it used to be. Music is so loud that you have to scream over the music for the other person to hear you. The waitress and the person that brings out the food were the only nice thing about t by e place. Even the hostess looked lost and not a single smile from her. Not at all worth the money. Not going back nor would I recommend this place.

I have been to the Chili's in St Cloud probably four or five times in the past 3 months. Every time I go there and I am treated with respect since I'm handicapped and they accommodate me to the fullest. The last three times that we've been there we have gotten this gal as a server her name is Natasha and she's a pleasure takes care of all of our needs she's always smiling even though she's got 30 different things going on at once. The management at this Chili's should be proud of her and all the rest of the servers because I've never gotten bad service from them ever so I keep going back thanks guys

We came to celebrate a birthday andeven if we had reservations we still waited 30 minuets to be seated. Not only that we still had to wait an hour for our food which was not worth it. The food is okay nothing amazing. Also when we had to pay they mad us pay on the tablets on the table and it was a big mess. They didn’t get our recites right so I ended paying $45 instead of just $22 and even if I showed them on my account that I had payed they wouldn’t accept it. The second time I returned we still waiting an hour for the food and even if we were the first to order we got our food the last. My sister even had to return her food because it wasn’t the right order. Chili’s really need to step up their service because it’s not worth it for what you get. If I could give no stars I would. Not coming back here!
