Ordered my pizza at 6:04 carryout, came in 6:45 to pick it up, stood at the front while 5 employees carried on making pizza & folding boxes. No one acknowledged my presence. Need to be aware of customers. 10 minutes no greeting or anything.

Requested extra sauce on pizza and did not get it. There was barely any sauce on pizza. Paid for an extra barbecue sauce which I did not receive. I will not be ordering from here again!

What in the world? The pizza delivered to us was a sloppy mess! We ordered a pan pizza with regular Alfredo sauce, chicken strips and half pineapples. There was no pineapples on the pizza. The box was covered in grease and overflowing in sauce and oil. I have never been so grossed out. I contacted corporate and got an automated message that they contacted the store, but I never got a response back. 😒🙄 On the bright side, service was fast, as we ordered on the app.

Worst customer service.  After an hour of waiting for my pizza,  I received a call which I answered but missed. I immediately called the number back and was put on hold for 15 mins.  Finally when I got someone, who stated he was the general manager,  he was unprofessional and rude. Managers are suppose to calm and correct a rightfully irritated customer, instead general manager Gabriel M did not care that I heard what he said to the driver and that I was on hold for 15 mins before getting him on the phone. He did not apologize for the delay, confusion or inconvenience.  He became aggressive when I told him I had heard what he said and yelled at me like it was my fault for their screw up.  There was no reasoning with him.  I canceled my order and will never order from them again. Save yourself some time and aggravation.

We were stranded in Florida during Irma and this place was open Monday evening, one of the few around, the guys working worked their asses off and the food was good. I want to thank them for being open when we were starving!
