My friend LOVES Chili's, so I have been to quite a few around Louisiana. This Chili's is by far my favorite. The service is always great and the food comes out fast and hot. Take-out doesn't take long either and the food is fresh and hot when you arrive to get it! Best Chili's around!

Great service from the charming waitress. She had a wonderful personality with a great sense of humor. Food came out promptly. And when an incident occurred she handled it perfectly along with the professional manager. I don’t go to chili’s often but I will frequent this one now. Great job!

Service was horrible. Our food was incorrect. Our server was inattentive. We watched FOUR tables of guests near us walk out in 30 minutes because they were never greeted, served, etc. I asked for the manager after we received no refills or saw our server to tell her our meal was wrong and he finally came by. He told us he was "short staffed". I told him, "then you don't seat tables you can't serve." He didn't offer any concessions, discount, coupon to compensate for our lack of service or incorrect food. If we weren't honest people, we could've walked out without paying because even after asking for the manager, we were never helped or approached again (30 more mins). We paid through the Ziosk and left.

What more can i say. It's Chili's. Great food and great service. Wait times depend on the day and what time of the day you pop in. If you are a party of 1 or 2 maybe up to 4 adults then i suggest sitting in the bar area or right up at the bar. Shorter wait time for sitting at the bar if seats are available.

Our server, Gina, was friendly and attentive. The food was exceptionally delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the cleanliness was great.
