Was off work today due to the snow. This Chili's location is right behind my hotel, so I placed an online order for carry-out. Well, I got to the restaurant and it turned out they weren't open yet because no one showed up, except for the general manager. I called and spoke with the GM and he was very nice and apologized for the situation. He then offered for me to come in and wait while he prepared my food for me. Once finished he brought me my food, apologized again, and offered me a free appetizer coupon. Food was cooked exactly as I ordered it, and tastes fantastic. Despite the situation, this GM handled it in a very professional manner. Kudos to Chili's for hiring such an amazing GM!

Good food. Lots of veggies with the fajita but little meat. Good margaritas and nice casual environment. Service was very good.

Our waitress was ON POINT!! Jamie was extremely friendly, funny & overall knows how to be an actual waitress! Thank you for taking care of our kiddos, especially the birthday boy! The food was good amazing, too.  Highly recommend, especially to sit in Jamie's section.

Our food was awesome and service was great!!! Hubby had steak and shrimp , broccoli,  loaded mashed potatoes,  he ate every bite, I had bacon, chicken quesadilla,  It was delicious.  We loved our waitress and the manager came to check on us. It was a great experience.

Horrible. We sat down and they took our orders. Our drinks and appetizer came out almost immediately. The rest of the food came out an hour and 15 mins later. The manager was nice, gave us a discount and apologized that we were forgotten. The waitress blamed the kitchen staff and the restaurant being busy. When our food finally came out the ranch dressing that was on my plate was disgusting and looked like it had sat for an hour. I got 3 poor shriveled pieces of celery to go with my wings, told the waitress about it so she went back and brought me huge pieces of celery that I had to cut up in order to eat. The food wasn't fresh at all. I heard the manager apologize to another table while we were there as well, so either they had an off night or this is a regular thing. Either way, I will not return.
