Near closing, waitress was obviously tired, but was gracious and was very hospitable. Pretzels were really good. Had a burger and fish and chips, both very good. The food is worth the trip, the uniforms are a distracting plus.

Service is top notch. Staff is beyond friendly. Food is great. Got to go with Guinness and then anything on the menu. It is the only place in Hagerstown that pours a proper Guinness.

Great selection of Scottish food.  Plenty of televisions.  Friendly wait staff. Been here several time, always good food and time.

Stay away from the fountain drinks!!!
Food was good.. Last visit to same location was awesome. Staff this trip seemed a little new.. Chin up lady's it's a tough career choice..

Fast, friendly staff who know their menu well. The only downside for me is that they were out of Shepherd's Pie when we were there, but if we're in the area, we'll definitely be back!
